Perry Peterson – Regional Service Manager

Perry started his career in the property management industry in 2017 after 35 years in Union Construction. He joined Kromer Investments as a Service Supervisor in 2023 and now as the Regional Service Manager, Perry oversees and supports our service teams and maintenance operations.  After graduating high school in Huntington Beach, CA, he came to Reno, NV and studied Estimating at TMCC. Perry is motivated by making a difference in people’s lives and he loves CrossFit, golf, camping, and spending time with his family.
