Lucy Martinez – Portfolio Manager

Lucy started her multi-family journey in 2014 and joined the Kromer Investments team in 2016 as a Leasing Professional. She worked her way up to Assistant Manager, then to Community Manager where she gained experience in the fee-management area of our multi-family operations. She earned her Associate of Arts from TMCC and learned her love of being a part of a strong team. Now as one of our Portfolio Managers, she is fulfilled and motivated by leading her team to success. In her free time, she is passionate about spending time with her son and creating fond memories to look back on.
