Job Duties and Responsibilities: Groundskeeper Hybrid

  • Maintain excellent curb appeal.
  • Debris collection, including pet droppings, of all exterior areas (parking lot, landscape, walkways, etc.)
  • Ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, dumpster and recreation areas remain free of litter.
  • Removal and Disposal of garbage around dumpsters.
  • Cleaning and washing dumpster areas. Perform “trash-out” duties. Remove abandoned furniture, trash and boxes and transfer to dumpster. Keep dumpster doors closed on windy days.
  • Clean bathrooms, gym, clubhouse, pool area, etc.
  • Breezeway dust, sweep, and power washing
  • Sidewalk and curb sweeping
  • Curb painting and storm drain cleaning
  • Snow removal and ice melt sidewalks, stair landings, and areas of heavy traffic
  • Removal and replacement of trash bags
  • Helping with light bulbs, air filters, and replacement water filters.
  • Helping with trash removal from vacant units
  • Changing out batteries for smart locks
  • Assist with delivering notices.
  • Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must float between multiple properties.
